The Philadelphia 76ers were probably the most snake bitten team in the NBA. It just got worse.

Rookie guard Jared McCain, a front-runner for Rookie of the Year honors, tore the lateral meniscus in his left knee on Friday and will require surgery to sideline him indefinitely, the Sixers announced.
