Road Rager Killed Porsche Club Members Pleads Guilty

Back in the summer of 2023 we covered a horrific road accident outside of Utah that left an innocent man and woman in a 1987 Porsche 911 dead. The driver of a truck that crossed the center line of a highway, crashing into a Porsche head-on pleaded guilty in court to two counts of second-degree murder as part of a plea deal.

A man who killed an elderly couple while shopping for a luxury Mustang has committed a crime.

As reported by KSL News, the state dropped five charges against the truck driver to plead guilty. Now he will be serving a hard time in prison, all because the man lost control.

In this incident, two drivers, one in a Ford F-150 and the other in a Nissan Maxima, were involved in an altercation on the highway. Things got heated on the highway shortly after, when a Ford driver stopped the Nissan, then drove onto the shoulder and crashed into the side of a sedan.

When the driver of the Maxima hit the brakes, the driver of the F-150 lost control, crossing into the oncoming lane where he crashed into the Porsche.

The driver of the Nissan has not been charged. The authorities are apparently still debating what to do there. We can only imagine how painful it would be to live in such depression. And this is why you don’t get involved in road rage, because the consequences can be severe and last for years later.

The family of a man who died in a road accident told a reporter that they are relieved they don’t have to repeat the tragic event through a long court battle. His brother expressed hope that the truck driver would use his time in prison to change his behavior.

After the crash, the man’s family also helped work with lawmakers in Utah to pass a law to increase the crime of street violence. It’s a first in the US and something other countries could adopt as a way to prevent road rage.
