While there are people who really love what they do, others are only in the field for a paycheck (completely understandable). However, finding a job that is not stressful and doesn’t require a lot of work but earns a good living is probably the American dream, isn’t it? I didn’t really think the jobs existed until I came across a Reddit thread of people sharing those jobs. Here’s what those roles apparently are:
1.“Insurance broker. It will be difficult for the first 10 years. But once you build a base of your customers, you just have to improve them, keep the customers happy year after year, and take the commission.”
2.“I was a sales manager for 10 years and I didn’t do anything. When you get into upper management, you see that everyone watches YouTube all day. Except for meetings, I would do an hour of work a day. Sometimes less and less and less and less. The idiots paid me $150,000/year .”

3.“The top assistants are in remote areas where their managers only care about the product. In layman’s terms, they don’t manage people; they report that they only care about the end product. They never miss a deadline but only work 20-30. % of their working hours.”

4.“I became a webcam model when I was 21 years old. I never took my clothes off. I didn’t even talk. I just sat there pretending to laugh at people talking to me. I was in school at the time. I’m a therapist, so I was good at talking to people. And I was making $500 an hour as a webcam model so they didn’t hear me. vega But I stopped doing it because people are too much, and it’s not safe after I’ve run into someone, but that’s another story.
5.“Quality assurance, folks. A girl I knew in the Navy got out, got her BS in Quality Assurance, makes $450k going around local factories, ‘inspecting’ them (sitting in her truck while her crew inspects them), and then handing the owner/manager/whoever a piece of paper and their fuckups.”

8.“My job is really good – government job. It’s good as a freelance writer, but I get all my work done in an hour or less and I spend the whole time watching YouTube for more than $100k. I’m not crazy rich, but I have a good salary for playing on my phone.”
