Kid Looks Happy About Destroying Lincoln During Police Chase

Wait until he gets the bill for the police wrecked Tahoe!

There are psychological miracles happening where people run away from the police instead of being pulled over when they are caught speeding or doing something else. That’s the only way we can explain the strange-looking kid showing his excitement after completely wrecking a Lincoln MKZ during a chase in Arkansas.

A girl makes a spectacular dash from the police in a stolen Toyota Prius.

We join the search via Arkansas State Police Trooper Terrell Pratt’s dashcam and he’s late to the party. As the Lincoln sedan explodes past him waiting on the shoulder, we see the driver’s-side rear parting.

When we say separated, we mean pieces of the car are flying and hitting the trooper’s cruiser as he pursues the police Tahoe leading the chase. This move doesn’t speak well for the Lincoln/Ford build quality, a point we’re sure fans of the Blue Oval won’t like.

But the real action happens when the Tahoe plays ping pong with the Lincoln, putting it in the middle of the median barrier so that it falls and hits the police car hard. The video also shows the impressive stability of the Tahoe Pursuit.

However, that Tahoe took a good shot on the side to be counted. If not, it will require some expensive work done, and possibly a lot. Meanwhile, the Lincoln is well-served. Maybe this kid is the one who stole it, but with his appearance, we say it’s better that he stole from grandma and went for a ride.

None of this seems to have taken a toll on the boy. Instead, he looks like he just racked up the high score on some arcade game. If we didn’t know better, as he sits in the back of the cruiser his hands are ironed behind him, he has a good look on his face, even a little smile. If we were in the same situation, we would have known that we had been beaten beyond measure. Maybe that’s why we pull over the cops?
