After a string of alarming incidents at Reagan Nationwide Airport, together with a current close-call and a battle within the management tower, the FAA says it’s rising oversight on the Washington-area airport. The transfer follows the deadly midair collision over the Potomac River in January. NBC’s Tom Costello studies for TODAY.
