Crosby climbs another all-time list

Pittsburgh Penguins captain Sidney Crosby continues to climb the NHL all-time lists.

With three points in Thursday’s game against the Montreal Canadiens, Crosby tied Steve Yzerman for the seventh most points in NHL history with 477.

Next on the list would be Mario Lemieux at 497:

In addition, Crosby has moved closer to Lemieux on another all-time list as he currently ranks fifth in NHL history with the most assists with 1,026. He needs just seven assists to match Lemieux’s 1,033 and 85 more to tie Ray Bourque and he reached the NHL record 1,111.
