Governor Healey provided an update on the latest developments regarding drones being seen in the skies across the state.
In a statement released on X, Governor Healey acknowledged the mysterious incident taking place across Massachusetts and that he and other State officials are investigating the situation.
Healey also stated that the drone operator, “must follow all applicable laws, regulations, and proper operating procedures, to ensure the safety and use of drones.”
Since Friday’s story on the drone sighting, Boston 25 has received numerous calls, messages, and photos and videos of sightings and events throughout the state.
Along with New Jersey, Massachusetts is the second State to report sightings of these lights.
