Choice no. 15 — Walter Nolen, DT, Ole Miss
“With the possibility of a massive extension for Brock Purdy this offseason, the 49ers could have some evolving team needs. They have so many big trades on the books and can only keep so many players. That being said, San Francisco should bolster Nolen is a disruptor with excellent traits, racking up 6.5 sacks this season. He has very good strength as a first step and strong hands to break away from blockers and chase quarterback.” – Field Yates
Choice no. 17 — Benjamin Morrison, CB, Notre Dame or Aireontae Ersery, OT, Minnesota
“The 49ers will be one of the NFL’s most intriguing teams this offseason as they need to shell out money in free agency and evaluate players with a slew of injuries. Cornerback and tackle are two positions general manager John Lynch will need to strengthen.” … Benjamin Morrison suffered a season-ending hip injury but amassed back-to-back 82.2-plus PFF coverage grades.
“Another looming cloud for the 49ers is the status of left tackle Trent Williams, as the future Hall of Famer is 36 years old. If Williams decides to hang up his cleats, then Lynch will have to find someone to replace his massive boots. over 2,300 snaps at left tackle in Minnesota while playing at a commendable level, Ersery Aireontae may be a candidate.” – Bradley Locker
Choice no. 17 — Aireontae Ersery, OT, Minnesota
“The 49ers offensive line is dangerously thin. We saw it when Trent Williams had to miss time this year. Aireontae Ersery could very well be the left tackle in waiting for the 49ers going forward as he has shown improvement in all three years.” as a starter”. – Mike Renner
Choice no. 17 — Josh Simmons, OT, Ohio State
“Simmons has significant upside because of his size and athleticism. He would be a reasonable successor to Trent Williams in San Francisco.” – Chris Trapasso
Choice no. 17 — Aireontae Ersery, OT, Minnesota
“San Francisco’s lackluster season can be attributed to various regressions, particularly its offensive line. Ersery, a three-year starter at left tackle, is a powerful run blocker and athletic pass protector. He had a strong campaign in 2024, allowing just one sack, one sack and 13 pressures He also has a short track record of being the right tackle if the 49ers decide after 2025 replace Colton McKivitz.” – Daniel Flick
Choice no. 14 — Jonah Savaiinaea, OT, Arizona
“At the rate the 49ers are losing RBs to injury, they might be thinking about taking one in the first round. But with Jeanty gone, there’s no name worth grabbing that high. Instead, they’re trying to protect what they already have.” by bringing Jonah Savaiinae from Arizona.
“Savaiinaea is a superior athletic blocker with rare explosiveness and short-area speed for his 6’5″, 330-pound frame. In addition to physical properties, Savaiinaea also shows promise on the operational side. It’s a balanced, adaptable footwork technique. who can use independent hands Stays alert and active when facing stunts and can use his attributes to be a threat in the running game.” – Ryan Gosling
