Robert F Kennedy Jr, nominated for Secretary of Health and Human Services, has transformed his health and fitness in a mysterious shirtless workout video.
The video, posted Sunday on X, captures a ripped RFK Jr. pulling himself up before doing a flip on an exercise machine to the beat of Svivor’s “Eye of the Tiger.” The 70-year-old completes a pull-up-rollover without knocking into a shirtless man, wearing sweatpants and a hat, doing a stand on the machine above him.
“Practice moves my sense of validation,” the 70-year-old wrote. They still need to be confirmed by the Senate before taking the Cabinet seat.
The HHS recruit has what appears to be a dark blue shirt tucked into the back of his jeans. Meanwhile, someone filming the video can be heard cheering: “Well done, Robert! Well done, Robert!

This isn’t the first shirtless workout video RFK Jr. has posted.
Last June, during his run for president, he posted a video of himself at a gym doing push-ups with the caption: “Preparing for my debate with President Biden!”
In a follow-up tweet, RFK Jr added: “As President, I will restore America to the world’s model of health & wellness. Not with pills or vaccines, but through character and self-control. And I will continue to walk and lead by example.”

But it’s not his fitness habits that have come under scrutiny. Since he has been nominated to lead the country’s Ministry of Health and Welfare, many have expressed concern about the state of their health, from his disbelief in vaccines to his promotion of raw milk.
Trump’s former FDA commissioner warned recently about RFK Jr’s appointment to the prestigious health agency. Scott Gottlieb, who now serves on the board of Pfizer, which produces one of the Covid vaccines, spoke about the candidate’s preventive measures.
“I think if RFK follows through on his goals, and I believe he will, and I believe he can, it will kill lives in this country,” Gottlieb said Friday on CNBC’s. Squawk Box.
“You’re going to see the measles, mumps and rubella vaccine levels go down, and like I said, if we lose another 5 percent. [of vaccinations]that may happen in the next year or two, we will see a big measles outbreak,” he added.
