Mohamed Fayed’s daughter was acquitted of ordering her bodyguards to steal her brother’s phone.
Camilla Fayed, 39, was charged with one count of theft after allegedly stealing her brother Omar’s £1,900 iPhone from the family gym on the Grade I-listed estate, near Oxted in Surrey.
Her husband, Mohamad Esreb, 43, has also been charged with one count of theft in connection with the incident, along with the couple’s close relatives, Matthew Littlewood, 34, and Andrew Bott, 52.
All the accused had pleaded not guilty.

The Crown Prosecution Service, at Guildford Crown Court on Wednesday, confirmed they were not proceeding with the charges due to conflicting evidence.
Eloise Marshall KC told the court that “the decision was made because of a combination of factors” including “materials provided by the plaintiff. [Omar Fayed]”.
‘They have been removed from court’
Judge Patricia Lees, Honorary Recorder of Guildford, said: “In such circumstances the court will give not guilty verdicts to each of the accused.
“As far as they’re concerned, they’re out of court.”
Ms Fayed did not attend the 15-minute hearing. Littlewood, Mr Bott and Mr Esreb appeared via video link.

All four were charged in February with the same theft following a lengthy police investigation.
The incident reportedly took place at Barrow Green Court on May 18, 2020.
Mohamed Fayed – the former Harrods and Fulham FC boss whose son Dodi died in a car crash alongside Diana, Princess of Wales – died aged 94 in August last year.
His daughter, after retiring as a fashion entrepreneur and selling her label, Issa, to House of Fraser in 2017, opened Farmacy, a vegan restaurant in Notting Hill.
Even counting Madonna and Stella McCartney among its customers it closed in July this year.
