Elon Musk’s custody battle with Grimes in Texas was settled in August, nearly a year after the Tesla CEO sued the singer in the state.

Last year, Musk and Grimes filed lawsuits in two different states, Texas and California, respectively, arguing over where the children lived and where the case should go.

April 22, 2022: Grimes filed a petition in Los Angeles
