We have seen a change in the tactics used in the war between Russia and Ukraine.
The United States has given Ukraine permission to use long-range American missiles to attack Russia. Ukraine did the same, along with a British cruise missile.
Russian President Vladimir Putin responded by threatening to use nuclear weapons. Russia has since fired a ballistic missile at Ukraine.

“Putin has threatened nuclear war,” McNeil said. “I think this is Putin’s propaganda.”
“I think this can be seen – what President Biden is doing – is escalating the war in Ukraine,” Mielke said.
